EXHAUST
WRAP - Rated to 1200° F continous. High Temperature
Insulating Wrap - Premium grade and standard grade exhaust
wrap. Designed and coated to withstand high temperatures up
to 1200° F continuos, 2000° F intermittent.
Exhaust
Wrap helps increase horsepower while reducing radiant heat
damage. Wrapping your exhaust system retains hotter gases,
decreasing the density and allowing the exhaust gas to exit
the system faster! Greater exhaust scavenging lowers intake
temperature and gives you more horsepower. Heatshield Products
is the only installing company that offers two grades of exhaust
wrap: standard and premium. Both grade withstand 1200°
F continuos and 2000° F intermittent. Their standard quality
wrap is available with regular or black Vermiculite coating
and their premium wrap has a special heat coating applied.
Fastened with Thermal-Tie, hose clams or wire.
COLORED
EXHAUST WRAP - Rated to 1200° F continous. High Temperature
Insulating Wrap. Colored ceramic coated Exhaust Wrap. Designed
to withstand high temperatures up to 1200° F continuous
and 2000° F intermittent.
Inspired
and upgraded from their superior exhaust header heat wrap,
this product has been improved by taking insulation to the
next level. Colored Exhaust Wrap adds high quality ceramic
color coating to your wrap that increases the life of the
wrap by three times and gives you that custom look. Wrapping
the exhaust allows the header and exhaust system to withstand
even higher temperatures from the exhaust gases, increasing
exhaust scavenging and lowering intake temperature. Their
Colored Exhaust Wrap withstands 1200° F continuous and
2000° F intermittent temperatures. Colored header and
exhaust wrap can be fastened with Thermal-Tie, hose clamps
or wire. This product is a must have for all those who are
looking to maximize their racing potential while customizing
their ride.
INFERNO
WRAP - - Rated to 2000 ° F continous. Extreme Temperature
Insulating Wrap. Manufactured from textured amorphous silica
filament yarn designed to withstand extremely high temperatures
up to 2000° F and 3000° F intermittent.
When
you want all the benefits from their exhaust wrap but require
higher temperature for your headers or turbo application look
no further than Heatshield Products Inferno Wrap. Unlike other
forms of silica wraps made from leached fiberglass, Inferno
Wrap is manufactured from textured amorphous silica filament
yarn. This makes it strong and flexible while operating at
its designed service temp of 2000° F continuous and 3000°
F interment. You can actually wrap the header with this wrap,
run it, heat it up, and literally unwrap the Inferno Wrap
when needed. Simply put there is not other exhaust insulating
wrap on the market that will take higher temperatures and
last longer.
THERMAL-TIES
- Stainless Steel Fasteners. Use to fasten insulation, wire
loom and lines in any application where high-strength fastener
is needed.
Simply
the best way to fasten any type of insulation, wire loom,
lines, etc. Use in any applications where high strength is
needed. Easy to use, no bands or buckles required! Simply
pull the tail end through the head and tighten, just like
plastic wire ties. There are no sharp edges, and these ties
are easy to handle. The low profile make them ideal for any
tight fit application. Three different lengths to suit your
needs; 7.9" for long diameters up to 2"; 14"
long for diameters up to 4"; and 33" long for diameters
up to 10". 304 stainless steel construction, 3/16"
width, and a thickness of .010".
