Power Cooler® Charge Cooler Systems
Vortech's Maxflow Power Cooler is the aftermarket's first
street/strip, air-to-water charge cooler system. It utilizes
a closed-loop water circulation system with a front mounted
heat exchanger that allows for effective street operation.
Power gains up to 100 horsepower are possible depending on
the application, engine, and boost level.
Igloo
Mondo Cooler®
Innovative modular design for universal use or with the Ford
5.0L EFI lower manifold types including the 5.0L Truck, SVO
5.0L or 5.8L GT-40 and TFS-R. This system allows ice-chilled
water to drastically reduce the charge air temperature entering
the engine. It features a triple core double pass internal
configuration for superior cooling along with minimal pressure
drop, resulting in substantial increases in usable horsepower
and torque. Capable of flowing in excess of 2,500 CFM for
applications producing 1,700+ HP. Patent Pending.
Water
Tank upgrade
High volume, roto-molded plastic charge cooler water storage
reservoir with drain valve and large diameter fill port (for
simple addition of ice). Includes all hoses, connectors, clamps
and plumbing needed for installation.
Battery
Relocation Kit
High quality battery relocation kit required by some charge
cooling systems.
