Kenny
Brown Brake Ducts...
The Club
Sport Brake Cooling Kit is designed to improve the braking
efficiency by cooling the front calipers and rotors for increased
clamping force, better overall feel, and modulation. The ClubSportä
Brake Cooling Kit gives you an added edge in all performance
driving situations and provides confident, fade-free stopping
in open-track and racing applications.
Carefully read through these instructions before beginning.
If you do not understand or feel comfortable with these procedures,
have a qualified mechanic perform the installation.
Note: Kenny Brown recommends using high-performance DOT approved
or competition braided steel brake lines in all high-performance
applications.
Installation Time: Approximately 1 hour

Shop Manual
Floor Jack
Jack Stands
Ratchet
15mm Socket
12mm Socket
Kit Includes:
(2) Brake Ducts
(6) Bolts
(6) Spacers
Installation:
1. Raise the front of the car and support with jack stands.
(Never support car with floor jack! Always use proper weight
rated jack stands to support car!)
2. Remove
tires
3. Starting
on the Driver Side, use a 15mm Socket to remove the two bolts
that secure the brake caliper to the spindle. Leave the brake
caliper attached to the brake line and secure the caliper
out of the way. Make sure there is no stress on the brake
line to prevent puncturing or failure.
4. Remove
the brake rotor.
5. Using
a 12mm Socket, remove the three bolts that secure the factory
dust shields. Remove the dust shields; they will no longer
be needed.
6. Place
the Drivers Side Kenny Brown Brake Duct up to the spindle
with the scoop toward the front side of the spindle. Secure
the Kenny Brown Brake Duct to the spindle using the holes
where the dust shields were bolted in, with three of the provided
bolts and spacers. The spacers will go in between the spindle
and the brake duct.
7. Reinstall
the brake rotor.
8. Reinstall
the brake caliper and torque the mounting bolts to factory
specs.
9. Repeat
steps 3 through 8 on the passenger side.
10. Replace
the tires and torque the lugs to factory specs.
11. Safely
remove the jack stands and lower the vehicle.
